Shoe Peg Salad

Shoe Peg Salad


Heat and set aside to cool:
1/4 cup oil (I used Canola)
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teas. salt

Chop:
2 green onions
1 bell pepper
1 cup celery

Drain 1 can each of:
English Peas
French Style Green Beans
White Shoe Peg Corn

1 small jar of Pimentos makes this salad pretty, too!

Combine all of the above and refrigerate over night.

Yummy!
